In the last two posts,HISTORY OF THE FALLTHE FALL AFTER THE FALL...we have seen that
- nihilism is omission of thought, omission of the question: "Whence the being of all that is ?".
and that
- since they want to ignore that question, nihilists choose to abandon the quest for the Truth and for knowledge. In this way, the nihilists end up with substituting ideologies to the Truth. They close the Way to the Sacred Knowledge with their will to deny the Wonder of the Eternal Creation by God who is Infinite Love, and they end up with ignoring the true meaning of Love and of every and any sound moral value.
What does all that imply ?
It implies that the nihilists and their ideological pseudo-culture will inevitably clash with the Sacred Tradition because the Sacred Way of the Vision, by its mere existence, continuously questions the relevance and the consistency of ideology.
Therefore, ideology MUST try to destroy the Tradition to affirm its right to exist.
And this is the origin of a war against the Tradition that has lasted for centuries (some could certainly say: for millennia). The nihilist-subversives think that their ultimate and final victory requires that they become able to delete every trace of the Tradition, cancel every memory of the Sacred Knowledge, pollute every discourse about Wisdom, ridicule or prosecute the Way of the Vision. In their thorough ignorance, the nihilist ideologues deem they CAN really destroy the Tradition, which of course they see as a human institution and not in its true dimension of a human ANSWER to the Eternal Call of Sophia, Wisdom.
But the consequences of the nihilists' war against the Sacred Tradition touch every single person, even those individuals who "have never even heard" about the Tradition, the Sacred Knowledge, the Way of the Vision, because the nihilist attack against the Tradition implies an attempt to change the same humanity in the human being. The human being is spontaneously open to the Call of Wisdom and many who "ignore" the Sacred Tradition actually do live in it in their daily lives (through dreams, foreknowledge, inspiration); moreover, the Tradition, the Sacred Way has been given to the human beings since they exist, it is deeply woven in all they are. Therefore, the nihilist war against the Tradition becomes inevitably a war against what is typically human in a human being: the openness to the Light of the Truth.
The nihilists try to forge a "new" human being, therefore they need to re-organize the education system, the popular culture, the whole society.
To hide their goals, the nihilists ( with the exclusion only of the openly fascist wing of the nihilist ideologues) tend to present themselves as supporters of "human values" that seem to be universally acceptable: only when we compare the ideologies proposed by the nihilists with the Traditional (or anyway inspired by the Tradition) values we can understand how destructive the nihilist subversion is: "tolerance", "multiculturalism", equality (in entitlements), pacifism are the main ingredients of the brainwashing that the nihilists want to impose on the whole of society and sound rather innocuous until we realize that they substitute and displace
Love,
Truth,
equality (in duties and responsibilities and rights),
and a firm stance in defense of Freedom.
And unluckily those are not the only main components of the nihilist brainwashing recipe: other toxic ingredients include scientism (the pretense that science can substitute philosophy in the quest for Truth), materialism (as an interpretation of reality that wants to deny and forget the philosophy of Being, metaphysics, ontology, and Religion), and psychologism (the ideology that dictates to interpret every human behavior in merely psychological terms, rejecting spirituality altogether).
And the nihilistic ideologies in the field of politics are equally poisonous: class-warfare becomes the grid to interpret history and politics (and we must always remember to compare and contrast this conception with the traditional "One People, under God"), dirigisme/statism is supported by the nihilists against the free economy, and appeasement of totalitarianism substitutes the fight for Freedom.
Unfortunately, the nihilist project as a whole has had remarkable success in the last two centuries despite the huge differences that, at least apparently, separate the different wings of the nihilist subversion. The fact is, that the differences between nihilists subside when the nihilists face the Sacred Tradition : the legion of the orcs would be unable to constitute a whole, but the fear of the Truth keeps the orcs somehow heaped together, and we can see this very clearly in today's strange cultural and political "alliances": the "moderate" reformists walk with the fanatical commies who are planning the next killing fields, the radical atheists support and defend the islamist terrorists who want to impose the sharia's law to the whole world, the subversives from the far left of the political spectrum spread the same conspiracy theories of the nazi underworld, greedy billionaires finance the radicals who want to destroy capitalism...
These "alliances" are only formally "impossible": actually they are quite natural because all the apparently different wings of nihilism are unified by an absolute rejection of the Sacred Tradition (and, as we have seen above, of the values inspired by it). The Truth of God Who Is Infinite Love is the great enemy of all nihilists (and so are the consequent duties of self-improvement, of becoming a decent human being, of loving your neighbor).
(We could add as a footnote that when the nihilist subversives mask themselves in pseudo-theological terms they "venerate" FATE - and by "fate" we must understand here the most literalistic and absolute conception of ABSOLUTE LACK of free choice: this conception must be carefully distinguished from any idea of "destiny" and "karma" as results of free choice, i.e., as an accumulation of trends that inevitably help us or damage us on the Sacred Way) .
Moreover, since the nihilist ideologues do not recognize any Sacred Hierarchy and any Being superior to themselves, they assume that their miserable pseudo-truths can be imposed as the ultimate truth, and they deem their "knowledge" absolute. Hence, they position themselves to decide and impose the paths and the goals of the whole society without any second thought or doubt.
In symbolic terms: the truncated Pyramid that we can still see on the back of the Dollar bill had the meaning of obedience and duty: the veritable Great Master of any Order was still recognized to be God, and the invisible Top of the Pyramid - that informed the whole work of the builders - had this very meaning. Today the pseudo-"builders" think that they can build until the top, that they "know" the goals to be reached. And they think that they do not have orders to respect and obey.
Of course the word "satanic" is the only correct qualification of this turn.
As we have said above, the forces of nihilism fought for centuries (or millennia, depending from the point of view) before they increased their power enough to be able to influence all the society and all the world: in the course of such a long fight they have become extremely strong, they have occupied all the positions they need to remain strong, and they have no intention of
releasing the immense power that they have acquired. The same nihilistic ideologies and negative "principles" have infiltrated and conquered all the major "powers that be", to the point that ALL the major actors on the political and on the cultural scene tend today to share the same set of...not-values and are acting ALL TOGETHER to lead the society into an always deeper pit of moral and cultural chaos ( although it must be said for the sake of accuracy that some of the political and cultural powers are "acting" only by way of OMISSION !)
The so-called political "debate" today is polluted by the fact that the SAME nihilist puppeteers move ALL the puppet-actors on the cultural and political scene. Should any of these actors show any honesty and determination in searching for the Truth, the puppeteers would immediately severe the strings that keep that person standing as a public figure.
Today's "debate" is often nothing else than a modulation of the general nihilist project.
The relative differences between the different "masks" of nihilism disappear when you observe the societal trends from a distance... and today there is an horrifying Petri dish where we can observe the nihilist subversion at work in a "pure" experiment : Europe.
The nihilist elites have maneuvered in a way to allow Europe to be invaded by immigrants coming from muslim countries and the simple numbers tell us that in a few decades, in a few years, Europe will have a majority of muslim population. The nihilist-subversives think that they can ride the muslim tiger, and they congratulate themselves for their great "victory" against the old, Traditional Europe.
America is next on the list of course.
And if we can learn a lesson from what has happened in Europe, that lesson is that the maneuvering of the nihilists will try to weaken America from inside: culturally first, then politically, economically and militarily.
This will allow the internationalist subversives to widen their projects to a scale never seen until now, and a weakening of America will spell doom for all the other Countries still solidly rooted in the Sacred Tradition (e.g., Israel, India, Japan...).
Few voices show an in-depth knowledge of what is happening and show the will to speak against it, and many Citizens who can just "feel" that things are going in the wrong direction find themselves always played by the same puppeteers, always pawns in a game played by a very small and very powerful group.
But the totalitarian regime of the nihilist subversives is weakened by its own strength: the ongoing destruction of any morality and of the Freedom of the West will inevitably lead to a societal collapse, but the sane persons (as opposed to the insane nihilists) will always be able to LISTEN to the Voice of Wisdom who never stops speaking to the human beings, and therefore they will be able to lead again the society out of the pit of darkness, into the Light of the Truth, Truth that is the Presence of the Eternal Light.
Today, many, facing the storm that is gathering over the horizon of Western Freedom, fear that the Truth is lost. But the Truth is never lost and never silent: the humans can build a ridiculous dam of lies to obscure it, but the dams of lies cannot hold forever.
And sometimes they do not hold even for a very short time.
The wall of ignorance that the nihilists proudly raise to choke the Truth will inevitably fail because it is founded on the sand of opinion, while the Truth stands on the Rock of the Love of God Who Is Truth.
